At NKKTech Global, we use a competency framework based on the ASK (Attitude, Skills, Knowledge) index to assess employee skills and create personalized training programs. These programs, available through our internal portal or expert-led sessions, ensure continuous development and a clear career progression path.
Competitive income
Salary reviews are conducted bi-annually. Overtime pay is in line with labor laws, with additional meal allowances for overtime as per company policy. Total income includes a minimum of 13 months’ salary per year, year-end business bonuses, project incentives, CSS, initiatives, Tet bonuses, and other special occasion bonuses.
Unlimited allowances
NKKTech Global offer allowances for Japanese language proficiency, language certifications, and IT certifications, with full coverage of exam fees. Additional allowances include seniority, positional, responsibility, work-related, and project-specific allowances.
